Искусственный интеллект в глобальной экономике: вызовы для России

It is shown that the global nature of the economy is being disrupted and inequality is increasing. At the same time, scientific, technological, and innovative factors in strengthening the competitiveness of an individual country come to the fore, primarily as one of the aspects of ensuring national security and the possibility of global influence. It is shown that the use of AI has become a key trend. AI is increasingly influencing cross-border and social interactions, disrupting traditional relationships. The consequences of the development of technologies and, above all, AI technologies, for the world economy and challenges for Russia are assessed. A conclusion is made about the need to develop a methodology for an objective assessment of the consequences of the development of AI at the international level (including negative ones that do not meet humanistic guidelines). The importance of establishing legally enforceable boundaries for the use of AI is shown.
