Внутренний диалог как переживание
The phenomenon of solitude began to be considered primarily by existential psychologists. K. Moustakas developed a theory in which the phenomenon of loneliness is differentiated into two types: anxiety of loneliness, when a person avoids meeting his Self, and existential loneliness, when a person can listen to his Self and deepen his humanity.
This theory has given impetus to scientific research, and in recent years these phenomena have been studied under the name of solitude - solitude, which is understood as a person’s voluntary non-involvement in social contacts and immersion in his inner world, even if the person is physically surrounded by people.
Solitude contains a deep mechanism of personal development - internal dialogue, in which a person seems to hear the inner voice and gets to know himself. At present, there are not enough relevant studies of internal dialogue that would reveal its substantive and procedural aspects.
