The technology of controlled germination as a result of radio stimulation of wheat grains of the L-503 soft spring variety made it possible to establish optimal stimulating doses ranging from 9 Gy to 13 Gy of radiation. As a result of the study, it was found that the use of optimal radiation doses provides high germination energy after 3 days as a result of reducing the permeability of membranes to water as a medium for germination, with a germination rate of 95.7-97.0% of wheat grains and fully corresponding to the germination ability after 5 days with a grain germination rate of 96.6-97%, germinated grains wheat is characterized by strong seedlings up to 1.9 mm long.

The recursive (U|U+V) construction, a generalization of which includes polar codes, provides a powerful framework for building complex codes from simpler components. However, existing approaches predominantly rely on fixed or symmetric tree architectures, overlooking the critical impact of decomposition choice on code performance. This paper addresses the challenge of optimal tree decomposition selection by presenting a framework ...

We present a methodology for calibrating doubly constrained gravity models. Three types of deterrence functions are examined: exponential, power, and combined. The latter includes two calibration parameters, whereas the others contain only one. The parameters are identified so that the model reproduces the observed trip length distribution with high accuracy. We test four optimization methods: ...

Rare earth oxides (RE2O3) were found to react with glycine in an aqueous medium at rather low temperatures (60°С–120°С), forming rare earth oxohydroxyglycinates, RE2O(OH)3(NH2CH2COO)·H2O, with a previously unknown crystal structure. The structure of the europium oxohydroxyglycinate was determined using powder X-ray diffraction. Its layered structure and ability for anion exchange under mild conditions, namely the ...
