The current situation in the world reflects the crisis of the capitalist system, unable to cope with the challenges of the era of the scientific and technological revolution, digitalization, the loss of the global leading role of a group of imperialist countries. In an attempt to maintain its dictatorial role, the historical West has already used two world wars as a means of redistributing the world, and now it is trying to use the Nazi regime, nurtured and patronized, monstrous in its cruelty and cynicism, in its new guise, but with the same gut as in Europe and in Asia, which unleashed a world war at the turn of the 30-40s of the twentieth century. Capitalism as a system has fulfilled its historical task, but at such a cost to mankind, giving rise to colonialism, racism, terrorism, Nazism, that it has lost, first of all, its moral right to lead the peoples of the planet. In addition, he began to lose his creative abilities. At the same time, the experience of the USSR at the beginning and middle of the 20th century, as well as China at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, showed the enormous creative potential of socialism. The defeat of socialism in the USSR and the collapse of the socialist system sharply raised the question of the viability of socialism as a model of democracy and the skillful disclosure and use of the creative potential of each person in society and the development of democracy and the successful growth of labor productivity, especially during the transition from capitalism to socialism and in the first phase of socialism
