The monograph presents a systematic presentation of the role and place of the “strategic triangle” Russia-USA-China” in the structure of international relations. It examines the international legal aspects of the activities of the actors of this “triangle” in the regions of the world and in the areas of their confrontation at the global and regional levels, which led to the emergence of challenges and threats to Russia's security. Its provision is closely linked to the solution of a number of foreign policy and internal tasks related to the national interests of the country within the framework of the international community. And since the threat of war in the modern world has not been completely removed, the problem of practical ensuring the protection of Russia's security and determining ways to neutralize challenges and threats to protect its national interests is particularly acute. In this regard, the monograph suggests possible ways to neutralize them. Special attention is paid to the possibilities of developing Russian-Chinese strategic relations.
