The article discusses the concept of the digital profile of a legal entity and its relationship with a virtual registered office. The article analyses the advantages of registering legal entities without any address within the location, as well as potential problems or negative consequences of such a reform. The author proposes amendments to federal laws, which will allow specifying a virtual address instead of a physical address within the location and contribute to the practical implementation of the concept of the digital profile of a legal entity.
