Olbia et Rome à la fin du Ier siècle a.C. et au début du Ier siècle p.C. : nouvelles données épigraphiques
P. 205–218.
Based on the epigraphic texts introduced into circulation for the first time, the date of the restoration of Olbia after the defeat of Burebista (around 3/2 BCE) is established, revealing that the city was restored at the initiative and with active participation of Rome. The institutions of post-Hellenistic Olbia largely reproduce Roman institutions. Furthermore, it has been established that the mass penetration of Iranian-speaking (Sarmatian) population into the Olbian elite belongs to the second half of the 1st century CE, and is not associated with the city's restoration, as previously thought.
