The article discusses the problems that Russian logistic operators face during the crisis development of the economy, and the main trends that have developed in the logistics services market. The special role of logistics operators in supply chains is analyzed. Described are the difficulties encountered by companies in this segment during the crisis period. Also the changing requirements of the customers to logistics operators are discussed. The actions of Russian logistics operators in the process of transformation of international supply chains are described
