The book is based on the International Interdisciplinary Colloquium "Regional Ontologies in Modern Science: Understanding between experience and knowledge", which took place in June 2023. The authors actualize the phenomenological approach for understanding modern problems of philosophy and methodology of science, as well as clarify and specify the historical meaning of "regional ontologies" and their role in solving methodological problems of multidisciplinary research. The book is intended not only for professional philosophers, specialists in the field of philosophy of science, but also for a wide range of readers interested in the problems of modern natural science and humanities.
