The collection presents the proceedings of the participants of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Actual issues of studying the history, international relations and cultures of the countries of the East", timed to the 300th anniversary of the St. Petersburg Treaty with Persia. The conference was held in the framework of the IV International Forum "Heritage" on October 6-7, 2023 at the Department of Oriental Studies of the Humanitarian Institute of Novosibirsk State University. The conference received a wide public and international resonance. This is confirmed not only by the geography of participants from major orientalist centers in Russia, Israel, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and New Zealand, as well as universities in China, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Mongolia, but also by the scientific status of the speakers, well-known specialists and young researchers in the field of history, culture, international relations, political science of the Middle East, Central and East Asia.
