The Stolbovo Treaty and Tracing the Border in Ingria in 1617–1618
P. 99–118.
On February, 27, 1617 the peace Treaty between Sweden and Russia was signed in the village of Stolbovo, on Sjas’ river. The Treaty included articles how to trace the new borderline between the two states. In half a year two commissions started the border tracing process in the circumstances of continuous war with Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Commissions followed their task throw long debates and argues but finally made a new border and signed the border assignment.
