Междисциплинарность как эпистемологическая необходимость и организационная данность: о новой научной специальности 5.1.4 «Уголовно-правовые науки»

the discussion that broke out in the early 2000s about the crisis state of the domestic science of criminal law, including due to the lack of involvement of interdisciplinary knowledge, was actualized by changing the nomenclature of scientific specialties in 2021, which resulted, in particular, in the emergence of a new scientific specialty 5.1.4 "Criminal Law Sciences". Taking into account the global trend of integration of scientific knowledge, as well as referring to the studies of the post-non-classical stage of its development, the turn to which is stated in epistemology, the author defends the thesis of the timeliness of the changes undertaken aimed at overcoming the differentiation and autonomy of the criminal law sciences. At the same time, the analysis of transformations at the organizational level leads to the conclusion that positive assessments are somewhat hasty due to the need to overcome the difficulties caused by them.
