The monograph is devoted to an actual problem - management of the personnel capital of the enterprise, its creative elite, i.e., improving the system of operations with a reserve for promotion. Authors analyze not only the current position of this system, but also its development over the past forty years. Tools outlined managing the system of running human capital: from monitoring public opinion when planning a reserve for nomination, methods for calculating the required number of employees at the enterprise, test methods for assessing candidates for the reserve, effective pedagogical technologies for preparing the reserve before adapting to the position.
Functioning with personnel capital is carried out in accordance with the professional standards of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. Assessment methods are supplemented by appropriate computer
programs. The authors use the experience of implementing the results at hundreds of enterprises in the Russian Federation.
