The current procedure for the consideration of sports disputes by the pre-trial internal bodies of sports federations and leagues is analyzed. In the structure of sports federations and professional sports leagues, special bodies may be created designed to consider (resolve) all or certain categories of sports disputes in the order of pre-trial consideration. The existing types of such bodies in sports federations and the procedure for dispute resolution are being investigated. Their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The conclusion is formulated that it is necessary to establish by law: the obligation to create such bodies in federations, the possibility of creating joint bodies, their competence, the procedure, deadlines for appealing and executing their decisions.
