СВОЙСТВО АКСИОМАТИЧНОСТИ КОНСТИТУЦИОННЫХ ПРИНЦИПОВ
The article considers the axiomatic property of constitutional principles. The study describes legal axioms, provides their classification, touches upon aspects of the relationship of legal axioms with norms of morality. It is concluded that the fundamental provisions underlying the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which affirm the highest value of man, his rights and freedoms, the primacy of human and civil rights and freedoms in their relation to other constitutional provisions, are axiomatic and thus determine the axiomatic nature of the whole range of constitutional principles. It is noted that, being axiomatic, the constitutional principles formulate the generally binding basic rules underlying the legal system of the state and determining the direction of its further development. The positions of legal scholars within the framework of the issues under consideration are also analyzed.
