Социально-экономическое и демографическое положение моногородов "красной зоны" Пермского края
The paper analyzes the economic and demographic indicators of the single-industry towns of the Perm Territory with the most difficult socio-economic situation (the so-called “red” zone single-industry towns) in the dynamics for 2012-2019. for subsequent comparison with respect to each other and the assumption of their further development. The analysis used data from municipal and regional statistics, materials from reports and reports of heads of settlements, as well as information from other studies on single-industry towns in the Perm Territory and Russia as a whole. On the basis of these data, an index of economic and demographic development was formed, being guided by which it is possible to trace the value of indicators and the rate of their change over the past decade. The highest index of economic and demographic development is characteristic of such settlements as the town. Uralsky, Ocher and Nytva, and the smallest value was shown by the township. Warm mountain. The results obtained made it possible to divide the monotowns into three groups and to suggest their further development according to the three proposed scenarios.
