Политика регулирования цифровой трансформации промышленности в России

The article has attempted to identify the features on the digital transformation of industry policies in Russia. With political and legal analysis and the case study method, correspondingly, the study of the normative and institutional aspects of the topic and its implementation is implemented. The scientific significance of the study is to understand how institutions for the implementation of public policy in the new policy area – the digital economy-function in practice. The research contributes academic discussion with original findings of specificities of Russian public policy on a new economic field example – digital industry development in contemporary Russia.
