Memory events and memory wars: Victory day in L'viv, 2011 through the prism of quantitative analysis

How does memory event arise and evolve over time? What is the correlation between the dynamics of the development and movement of memory events within and across different genres, media and discourses? This chapter explores these questions via a case study of one memory event: the World War II Victory Day holiday in the Ukrainian city of L'viv in 2011.
