Development of the simulation model of complex evaluation of the quality of the emergency medical services
The research is dedicated to the questions of development of the simulation model of the complex evaluation of the quality of the emergency medical services. The author suggests supplementing the information as a medical assistance, which according to the method of A. Donabedian can be taken from three categories: “the quality of the structure’, “the quality of the process” and “the quality of the results”, the information from the category “the quality of the living environment”. On the basis of the suggested conceptual model of the quality of the emergency medical services is defined the model of modelling activity EMS, which includes the submodels, the total amount of which will allow to take into account all the categories of the quality of the emergency medical services. There is an example of the model realization, which conjoins the combination of the methods of system dynamics and agent modelling. The multi-approach simulation model of the ambulance activity, developed with this concept in mind, takes into account the specifics of the EMS in a metropolis and allows one to assess the indicators of various categories of EMS quality.
