Обоснование приоритетных сценариев развития глобальных инициатив для достижения цур на примере атомной энергетики в условиях современных макроэкономических трендов
The concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has defined a new stage of opportunities for humanity to respond to global challenges related to poverty, inequality, climate change, social and political upheavals. The main forms of response to emerging problems are global initiatives (projects), examples of which are space exploration, robotisation, genetic engineering, development of big data technologies, artificial intelligence and other areas. At present, methodological approaches to assessing the impact of global initiatives on SDGs are at the stage of active development. The theoretical basis for their development is formed by the provisions of systems theory, target intersystem interaction, principles of optimal management of basic target indicators in relation to complex socio-economic objects. The presented materials are devoted to the results of the methodology development aimed at substantiating the priority scenarios of global initiatives development to achieve the integral indicators of SDGs. The methodology has been tested in relation to the plans for the prospective development of nuclear power engineering (NPE).
