Педагогическое обеспечение индивидуального профессионально-образовательного вектора студентов в период вузовского обучения
The changes observed in various spheres of public life contribute to the formation of a new approach to the perception of the personality of the graduate, imply the training of qualified, developed people by universities. This is connected with the rather rapid transition of domestic education, in particular, higher education to third generation standards, which are personal-oriented and create the most favorable conditions for teachers and students, in which individual qualities of students are taken into account, as well as the foundations of their education and upbringing as full participants of vocational education are formed. In the context of a market economy, the performance of any educational institution is largely determined by the intensity and quality of the use of modern principles and methods of management. Attention to the mentioned problem is due to the large number of challenges facing Russian and foreign education, where the issues of development of students as subjects of educational activity, disclosure of their intellectual potential, building a consistent system of competences, acquisition of their own pre-professional experience within the framework of educational classes, production practice and research activities are of particular importance. The education of students in personal responsibility for their current and future achievements both in the profession and in life also plays an important role. The main task of the higher education institution is to organize a special sociocultural environment for students to choose independently the vector of their own vocational education. Realization of this task implies availability of not only improved content and updated technological base, but also fundamentally different management of educational process.
