СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКИЕ ДИСБАЛАНСЫ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ
The paper examines Russian economic policy from the perspective of strategic priorities. The lack of a national economic strategy has led to the fact that almost each of the directions of state policy has formed its own sets of strategic planning documents, implemented in practice on the basis of different principles. As a consequence, the main directions of economic policy reveal contradictions, the elimination of which could improve the effectiveness of government actions. Specific examples of recent years show that there is internal logic in the actions of the state, they are at least effective, but in the aggregate often contradict each other and, often, - political statements, which generates low confidence in strategies, programs and plans. As a result, the role of strategies as communication tools between the state and economic agents is lost. The situation can be remedied by defining the real priorities of the policy, fixing them in the form of a national strategy and updating the entire set of strategic planning documents.
