"Ждем вас, дорогие товарищи!" Источники по изучению агитационно-пропагандистской работы по привлечению трудовых мигрантов в Молотовскую область в конце 1940-х - 1950-е гг.
Organized migration in order to replenish the labor resources of the Molotov region began immediately after the Great Patriotic War. The state and municipal archives of the Perm Territory contain materials on the organizational recruitment of workers for work in coal and timber industries, as well as collective farms in the Molotov region (Molotovskaya oblast'). Organized recruitment of workers was carried out on the basis of decisions of the Council of Ministers of the USSR concerning state plans for the restoration and development of the national economy in the postwar period. Obviously, after the processes of re-evacuation, the Molotov region became one of the regions that needed an influx of labor migrants to work both in industry and agriculture. In order to intensify the process on the ground, agitation and propaganda work was carried out: representatives of the collective farms traveled to the regions that were defined as "donors" of the labor force, and carried out explanatory work there, distributing leaflets, posters, special editions of newspapers and even letters from already resettled fellow countrymen. The article discusses the main types of sources that allow partially reconstructing the directions and results of agitation and propaganda work.
