Нанофизика и наноэлектроника. Труды XXVI Международного симпозиума: Нижний Новгород, 14–17 марта 2022 г. В 2 т.
The annual international symposium "Nanophysics and Nanoelectronics" continues the regular discussions that began in 1997–1998 of topical problems in the field of semiconductor nanostructure physics, X-ray optics and probe microscopy within the framework of annual workshops with the participation of all research groups actively working in this direction in Russia and with the involvement of scientists from abroad. In 2005, the annual workshops "Nanophotonics", "X-ray optics" and "Scanning probe microscopy" were combined into a single symposium with the inclusion of the sections "Magnetic nanostructures" and "Superconducting nanostructures" in its program. The combined format of the symposium allows scientists working in related fields of nanophysics to take part in a joint discussion of the results and new challenges. The experience of six symposiums has demonstrated the fruitfulness of combining the discussion of related problems of nanophysics within the framework of one event.
The scientific topics of the symposium cover a wide range of issues of condensed matter physics, its relevance is dictated by a large number of works in this field in Russia and abroad and lies within the framework of one of the priority areas for the development of science, technology and engineering in Russia. At the symposium, special attention is paid to the discussion of the transport and optical properties of semiconductor, magnetic and superconducting nanostructures, methods of their fabrication and testing. The symposium allows discussing the results of research obtained by Russian scientists, systematizing them and conducting a comparative analysis with the achievements of foreign scientific groups.
