АНАЛИЗ КОНКУРЕНТНОГО ОКРУЖЕНИЯ ДЛЯ ПРИНЯТИЯ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКИХ РЕШЕНИЙ В КОМПАНИИ SBERCLOUD

This paper proposes an approach to choosing the optimal strategy for increasing market share in Russia for SberCloud, which focuses its activities on providing cloud services. The approach is based on a combination of competitive intelligence methods and decision-making methods. An analysis of the identified external and internal factors of the company made it possible to identify many alternative strategies at the intersection of internal and external factors to increase the market share in Russia for SberCloud. To solve the problem of choosing the optimal strategy using the methods of analysis of hierarchies and analytical networks, as well as the MACBETH method, calculations were carried out and the corresponding results were obtained.
