Влияние размерного фактора на параметр решетки и температуру Дебая при легировании железа хромом и ванадием
The modeling of the thermodynamic properties of alloys of the Fe-Cr at elevated temperatures has been performed. The concentration dependence of the Debye temperature, the lattice parameter, the elastic modulus, the average magnetic moment and the Curie temperature were determined. The studies were performed on samples of iron, alloyed with chromium and vanadium in the concentration range of 2.8 at.%. Determination of lattice parameters was performed relative to silicon crystal. Debye temperature of the alloys was determined by the temperature dependence of the integrated intensity of X-ray diffraction lines. The magnetic properties of samples of alloys Fe-Cr and Fe-V were measured by Faraday method. It is shown that the partial magnetic moment of the iron atom has a tendency to increase with increasing concentration of the alloying elements.
