The globalization of international commerce leads to the expansion of economic ties. The effective implementation of entrepreneurial activity in international markets is largely facilitated by the appeal to persons who ensure the distribution of goods, works, services, regardless of the location of their manufacturer. The monograph presents the author’s approach to the concept, essential characteristics and features of voluntary representation in international commerce. Theoretical and practical issues related to unified substantive and conflict of laws regulation, as well as Russian and foreign conflict of laws regulation of voluntary representation relations emerging in international commerce are analyzed. Gaps in the applicable legal regulation have been identified and proposals have been developed to improve legislation and unified documents regulating the relations of a cross-border commercial representation.
