The textbook was created in accordance with the Federal State Standard for the direction of training "Management", profile "Logistics and supply chain management" (qualification "Bachelor").
Methods and models for optimizing decisions under many criteria, which are due to modern tasks to improve the operation of supply chains and logistics systems, are considered. Attention is paid to their specifics in relation to the tasks of organizing the transport supply of supplies. The anomalous phenomena of "blindness" to the indicators of individual particular criteria and the phenomena of "blocking" the choice of alternatives in the optimization of such systems are analyzed. Special modifications of the traditional selection criteria for optimization are presented, which allow eliminating these phenomena in order to more effectively adapt the selected best solution to the preferences of the decision maker. An analysis of the possibilities of filtering the initially specified alternatives is given so that the optimization procedures can be implemented in real time. A separate section contains a specially selected set of tests and tasks for the considered types of models in order to facilitate the organization of the corresponding educational process.
