Неформальное обучение предпринимательству в России: классификация и сравнение с мировым опытом
This issue of is devoted to one of the poorly studied topics: the informal sector of entrepreneurial education in Russia in the context of foreign experience. The authors studied 45 educational courses — «open initiatives» («free» format and available for all citizens of the Russian Federation). The analysis was carried out on the basis of 5 criteria: the approach to assessing educational results, including the format (online/face-to-face); the target audience; the content orientation towards teaching specific types of entrepreneurship; the initiators of the educational project; the relative «success» of educational initiatives. The analysis included 55 webinars for entrepreneurs, which were analyzed according to similar parameters (if information was available). Special attention is paid to the description of international experience. In conclusions, recommendations for the further development of entrepreneurship training in Russia are offered.
This report would be of interest for researchers and practitioners in the field of support and development of entrepreneurship training programs and educational programs aimed at developing initiativeness and agentic features for audiences of any ages and in formal as well as non-formal education.
