The Code of the Court of Territorial Affairs was issued by the government of the Qing Empire in 1789 and it consisted of different legal norms, including procedural, of the Mongol vassals of China. The current article examines significance of the legal monument in regulation of procedural legal relations of Mongol vassals of Qing.
