The study of the problems of socio-economic development and management of the territories of the new development of the Russian North and the Arctic is becoming particularly relevant in connection with the implementation of the tasks outlined in the strategic documents. Ensuring the sustainable development and spatial connectivity of the Arctic regions necessitates the development and application in practice of effective organizational, economic, administrative and legal mechanisms for the implementation of the state policy for the development of the Arctic.
