The system of business control of management of activity of the road construction organization is developed. Actions of responsible persons on selection of orders, the conclusion and execution of the state and municipal contracts for construction, reconstruction and repair of highways are ordered. The types of risks arising in the implementation of certain actions, the causes of risks and their consequences are described. Risks are classified into categories based on their impact on the financial results and business reputation of the organization. The parameters of risk assessment are defined: changes in revenue, total expenses and net profit of the organization. The consequences of risks are indicated. Control procedures aimed at minimizing risks are defined. Evidence of the implementation of control procedures for all actions in the form of checklists, checklists, sight documents, minutes of meetings, acts of verification, reports, comparative statements and other tools are described. The system of estimation of probability of occurrence and materiality of risk is offered. The level of risk influence on the competitiveness of the organization – high and low-is differentiated. The methods of risk response taking into account the level of its materiality are defined. The procedure for determining the methods of response to the risk, taking into account the level of materiality of the risk, is established.
