The monograph presents research materials of well-known and novice scientists, united by the main theme of the modern vision of the ways of development of pedagogy and psychology.
In the first chapter are examined regional aspects of the development of the domestic education system as a factor and resource for the economic and socio-cultural development of the Russian Federation. Defined
the main trends in the sustainable development of Russian regions and regional educational systems.
In the second chapter is presented approbation of the technology previously proposed by the authors for the formation of one-dimensional and multidimensional ratings of online courses in terms of assessing their quality. It is noted that the rating is set by the user, taking into account the specified preferences. A flexible structure for constructing ratings by using Fishburne weights is proposed.
