The Russian transport system in its current form has a serious inhibitory effect on a number of promising sectors, and most importantly - will be one of the key obstacles to the growth of the living environment quality and social satisfaction. The transport system of Russia will be able to fulfill the requirements imposed by the population, business and the state only in case of its serious technological modernization and increase in the density of infrastructure.
