Law is on the threshold of change under the influence of the scientific and technical revolution, which not only has undoubted potential for law development, but also entails hidden risks and threats. Largescale and dynamic changes in public life dictate the need to find new approaches to managing complex economic and social processes. The authors have analysed such a phenomenon of future legal reality as lawmaking with the use of artificial intelligence, considered the problem of decision-making and subsequent responsibility in "human-robot" relations as well as revealed the particularities of using combat robots during international conflicts.
