Textbook is devoted to the main aspects of interpersonal relationships of employees of internal Affairs bodies, affecting the socio-psychological climate in the service teams and morale of the personnel. The book examines the psychology of small groups, the patterns of their formation. The characteristics of the collective as the highest organizational form of existence of a small group are described. The features of the service collectives of the internal affairs bodies are highlighted through the prism of such socio-psychological categories as joint activity, cohesion, compatibility, reference, etc. A significant part of the manual is devoted to the coverage of psychodiagnostic tools presented in the library of tests of the APPDC " Multipsychometer®", which allows practical psychologists to objectively and a comprehensive study of interpersonal relationships in the service teams.
The publication is intended for employees of the psychological work units of the internal affairs bodies, cadets, students, adjuncts and teaching staff of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
