Методология проектного управления в образовательной организации
The article examines the problems of project management funding in an educational institution as a non-
linear process, which is conceptually based on M. Goldsmith’s stage theory of social trigger. The author considers educational institution as a phenomenon with weak bonds between basic organizational processes, for which organizational theories of R. Ackoff (“circular theories”) and D. Gharajedaghi (“multi-minded systems”) can be applied. The author defines project management as a tool for building up conventional managerial environment within an educational institution which engages teachers and students (core processes owners), along with managers, with making and implementing management decisions. In the context of this methodology, the author represents the organizational layout of project management in education as being described in normative documents.
