Distinctive sign of modern economy is the use of digital technologies which form a basis of network management of both the country and a cluster or the organization.

The purpose of the article is to consider the network management as fundamentals of digital economy and to research prospects of processes development of management digitalization.

In this article author's definition of a «digital economy» concept is given, as the new type of economic entities relationship in all world economy branches, which is developing in prompt rates and in the near future, due to the growth of objective need of advanced digital technologies, can become the main type of such sort of the economic relations in a global context.

The authors also consider the «network management» concept as management of the system of horizontal and vertical communications between equal members of the organization, which provides access, expeditious exchange of information, resources and cooperation for the definedpurposes achievement.
