Article analyzes the principle of cultures dialogics in the general vector of Russia-China intercultural interaction development in the sociocultural space of the borderland. Authors emphasize the necessity of recognition the cultural sphere of cross-border cooperation as an extremely important part of the general direction of cultural policy in the border area, give examples of existing joint cultural projects, and also conclude that the principle of regional cultures dialogics builds a scheme of complementarity, but not the choice of the role of each, which gives it the quality of competitiveness and increases the effectiveness of cultural policy in the sociocultural space of Russian-Chinese cross-border cooperation.
