Политический миф и ритуал как социокультурные основания символической политики
In this article, the methodological possibilities of symbolic phenomena studies in politics are viewed in terms of socio-cultural reasons laying at its root. The author argues that political myth and ritual reproduce and translate to society values and the ways of seeing social and political reality imposed by the elites. The main instruments for the implementation of symbolic politics in this case are the politics of identity and the politics of memory, which actively use myth and ritual. The researcher proves promising study of modern political communication through the prism of an anthropological approach for studying politics with its symbolic forms. The author demonstrates that political myth and ritual studies point out the possible ways of political power legitimation in modern conditions.
