The main subject of the current compilation in the "Americana" series is the history of the Cold War. Among the articles there are authors from Volgograd, Saint Petersburg, Tokio, Saragossa and other international research centers. The works comprise the history of the struggle against the recognition of the USSR by the USA in the 1930s and the discussions in American society on the results of the Cold War. The volume also holds articles on American foreign policy, the history of Russian-American relations and problems of education.
