Основные парадигмы антимонопольного регулирования энергетических рынков в Европейском Союзе и Республике Польша.
This article provides an analysis of the main stages of reforming the energy sector of the European Union, as well as an analysis of the impact of these changes on the level of social guarantees of citizens and the market situation in the energy sector of EU member-states, as exemplified by Poland. The indicator of such changes is the practice of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland, because this institute has significant authority in the terms of the constitutional and legal analysis of the current legislation, especially regarding the protection of the constitutionally significant social rights. This article analyzes the legal positions of the Constitutional Tribunal relating to various stages of reforming the energy market in Europe, as well as the period of the Polish history between the democratic reforms of Poland in 1989 and the accession of Poland to the European Union.
