Social security – one of the most important sphere of social life which development is important for the country’s population. Contours of social security are defined by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and its international liabilities. However
in modern Russian society the social security doesn't meet the constitutional and international requirements, it has no certain positive vector of development. Newly accepted rules of law often derogate earlier granted social rights.
The collective monograph presents the scientific research of important legal and economic problems of social security, also is given the analysis of the current situation in the sphere of social security, its development is estimated and predicted, solutions of the existing problems are offered.
The monograph is in the interest of researchers, public authorities, academicians, students, post-graduates and all readers interested in development of social security.
