It is offered to add part the fourth with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation the new chapter in which to fix regulation of the rights for two types of selection achievements: the first are registered as created and protected in the territory of the Russian Federation, the second - as allowed to use in the territory of the Russian Federation, including grades of foreign selection.
