The success in the development of computer technology and electronics has led to the possibility to create and use in various fields of experimental facilities of the new generation, the characteristic feature of which is the generation of very large volumes of data. Potentially the most promising way of tackling the problem of "big data" is "Cloud Computing" - a concept used to store and process data remotely located computing resources via the Internet.
