The paper proposes a method for studying the concept of tolerance, which combines component and context analysis with frequency and collocation analysis based on an ad-hoc mini-corpus Tolerance-1. The method allowed us to discover relevant content of the concept under consideration, especially its periphery, as well as to make some conclusions about its ‘place’ in the Russian concept sphere.
