Меры торговой политики по расширению участия России в международной торговле наукоемкими услугами

The article deals with the involvement of the Russian knowledge-intensive services in international trade. The author analyzes the dynamics, structure and geography of the export-import operations. The author appreciates the effectiveness of measures to stimulate exports of knowledge-intensive services from Russia through the prism of foreign economic institutions and fiscal instruments. The article proposes the main directions to improve the system of measures to support the knowledge-intensive services companies in order to diversify the Russian export and the expand Russian companies in the global high-tech services market.
