Within the framework of the project "Monitoring the Economics of Education," Higher School of Economics conducts regular surveys of schools’ principals and teachers. The survey sample includes 1,004 principals and 1,081 teachers. The sample represented all types of settlements and all federal districts of Russia, government and non-government schools.
