The paper considers the task of implementing the control law for mass-produced power supplies based on an LLC converter. The aim of the study is to create a control law that allows meeting the requirements for the stability of the converter at various parameters of the resonant circuit and the output filter.
For the feedback of mass-produced power supplies to work correctly, it is necessary to take into account the variation in the parameters of their reactive elements. The control law design methodology includes an analysis of the low-signal frequency characteristics of the converter to determine the worst case by the variation of the parameters of the reactive elements. Low-signal amplitude and phase-frequency characteristics of the converter are obtained with a variation in the parameters of the reactive elements of the resonant circuit and the reactive elements of the output filter. The worst case scenario for the control system has been determined. The gain-transfer characteristic of the converter is obtained. The parameters of the PI controller have been determined. The necessary reserves of system stability have been provided. The results are verified on the prototype.
The practical significance of the work is to ensure the stable operation of the converter during mass production.
