Авторский подход к определению предмета криминалистического учения о специалисте
The article is devoted to presenting the author’s approach to defining the subject of criminalistic doctrine, including the concept of a specialist. The author has analysed, systematised, and further presented data on the identification of objects belonging to different classes (the subject is primarily the patterns of the object) in some doctoral dissertations that are publicly available and посвящены various criminalistic doctrines, in which the authors have identified and clearly formulated the subject of their scientific research, as well as in additional legal literature on the topic of the study. As a result of the research work carried out, the author concludes that the subject of the forensic doctrine concerning the specialist is an interdependent quantitative‑qualitative triunity that significantly characterizes the object of this doctrine. This triunity consists of the identified specific laws of the object of knowledge and (or) the patterns reflecting them (1), as well as the aspects of this object identified during the cognition process (2), and a certain form of knowledge.
